Holy sweet is now officially open!

Äntligen, äntligen är det mesta på plats. Vi har kämpat och slitit, och resultatet får oss att känna oss stolta, det var verkligen var värt det.

Denna vecka har vi lite smygöppning av butiken, och har öppet

Måndag-Fredag mellan 11 och 17

Lördag 12-16

Söndag håller vi stängt.

Vi vill gärna förtydliga att vi i dagsläget inte har servering/café i butiken. Här kan ni komma in och prata med oss, lägga in beställningar och köpa med er lite godsaker hem. Vi jobbar på som vanligt och bakar och designar tårtor och dessertbord samt planerar nya smakkombinationer och bakverk.

o´valentine!

Holy Sweet har pop up-store på varuhuset PUB lördag 12/2-måndag 14/2 Vi kommer finnas på plats mellan kl. 12-16 alla tre dagarna och hoppas på att få träffa Er!

Välkomna upp på plan 2 & passa på att köpa med dig våra valentinemacarons, söta cookies och mumsiga cupcakes till din älskling till Alla Hjärtans Dag.

Glöm inte att titta in i Pom Pom Parlours butik. Där finns garanterat The perfect Valentines gift.

Nere i ljushallen bjuder PUB på smakprover på våra macarons från fredag t.o.m måndag.

Holy Sweet ♥ PUB

Här kommer bilderna från vårt juldessertbord på varuhuset PUB i Stockholm. Vi blev ombedda att skapa ett juligt dessertbord inspirerat av Elsa Beskows sagor..

Vår tolkning rymde bl.a. Kung Bore i form av en tre-våningstårta, tomtebobarnen, röda hjärtmacarons, torn av glaserade bundt cakes och tre minitårtor- Tant Grön, Tant Brun & Tant Gredelin.

Vi serverade också smakprover på Choklad och kardemumma-CakePops & juliga macarons i smakerna pepparkaka och polkagris.

Stort Tack till alla er som kom förbi och tittade och smakade på våra bakverk!

Here are some mini cupcakes we made for a christening together with Valrhona chocolate fudge cake pops and vanilla macarons...

The cupcakes were lemon cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting!

Holy Sweet ♥ Paulina Westerlind!

Recently we met extremely talented photographer,

Paulina Westerlind

at her studio for a photo shoot. We brought a two tier anemone cake with matching cupcakes, macarons, and flowers. Here´s the result!

We are SO pleased with the amazing picures! BIG thanks to sweet, sweet Paulina Westerlind, it was such a pleasure to meet & work with you.

Holy Sweet ♥ IKEA

Recently Holy Sweet did an interview for IKEA´s

great new blog Livet Hemma

where we gave some tips on baking & creating your own dessert table. Be sure to check the site out! It´s a must for all IKEA lkovers out there!

We also made some cupcakes, italian meringues, macarons & a bundt cake for them to photograph in a lovely IKEA kitchen. Please check out the interview here!

o´oriental!

This weekend we hade the pleasure to try something new- an oriental dessert table! Or, actually, it was fuor small dessert tables in one party...

The venue was gorgeous! It was Kallbadhuset in Saltsjöbaden, so we set everything up outside, by the water. Unfortunatley we didn´t take any pictures facing the water! Not even one! What was we thinking?! Oh well... We were kind og in a rush when everything was set up and we took the pictures.

Here in this picture you almost see the water... it´s on the right side!

All the tables, pillows, ribbons in the ceiling and mats were from Malin Muhr, who we had the pleasure to work with yet again!
